This shipping and returns policy (“Policy”) describes how Deep Connection Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation located in San Francisco, California, United States of America ("O.school", “O Shop”, “Company”, "We", "Us", or "Our") processes, ships, returns and refunds product purchases made when using the website http://www.o.school or htttp://www.shop.o.school (the “Website”). Please read the following information carefully to understand our practices regarding product shipping, returns and refunds before placing your order.
All orders will be shipped 100% discreetly in a plain cardboard box. The shipping information will show a corporate name and does not have any indication of the product type. You will also be billed discreetly as DCT Inc.
O Shop is a marketplace that allows our customers to compare prices and reviews across several retailers all in one spot. This gives our customers access to a broader range of high-quality body-safe products at more affordable prices.
This may result in receiving multiple packages when purchasing. We do our best to bundle up and ship all products through a single warehouse, however in some cases, one warehouse does not stock all the products featured on our site. We reserve the right to fulfil how we wish.
If a product is out of stock, you will be contacted by our customer support team via email.
The warehouses need 24 – 48 hours to process orders, and most orders are shipped within this time frame.
Rates and Estimated Delivery Times
At this time, we do not ship to any countries that are not listed above.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please keep an eye on your spam folder in case it lands there.
Please note that tracking may take at least 24-48 hours after shipment to show updates online.
Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel or make any changes to it.
Due to the personal nature of these products we’re unable to accept returns; nor will we process an exchange for a product unless the item is defective. Any product that is opened (meaning the seals have been broken) and/or has come into contact with any body part or bodily fluid will not be accepted and will be deemed non-resalable. This is for the well-being and happiness of our customers and our staff.
Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the package upon delivery or mark the package ‘return to sender’ and bring it to your local drop off facility to send it back to the warehouse. After your returned package is received, confirmed that it is unused/unopened, and processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment, followed by an email confirmation.
All products shipped are found to be in perfect condition with the retail packaging supplied directly by the official manufacturer. When you receive your package, please promptly check the items to make sure they are working. We are happy to provide a credit or replace items found to be defective. Due to the nature and usage of adult products, all sales are final and the warehouses do not accept returns.
If your product is defective or stops functioning within 30 days of purchase, and you have not done anything unusual to cause the product to stop working, please contact us to request a replacement. Please send your order number, the product name, and a detailed description of the issue and/or photos to email@example.com.
If your product stops functioning after 30 days, and you have not done anything unusual to cause the product to stop working, you may be eligible for repair or replacement from the manufacturer. If you are unsure if your product has a manufacturer’s warranty, feel free to contact us.
We value our customers and would like to ensure that your order is fulfilled correctly. After you’ve placed your order, please review the list below.
1. Look over the order confirmation invoice sent to your email provided on your order.
2. Check for errors in your name, address, phone numbers, email address and the items listed in your order. These documents represent our agreement, so please be sure all of the items and quantities are correct.
We try to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, dimensions or other content on our site is complete, current, or error-free. If a product offered is not as described, please contact us to return it in unused condition for a credit or exchange.
We have hundreds of products on our site. Some of the products have measurements and some do not. We will not issue a refund for a product without measurements, due to the size. Please make sure the product you are ordering meets all of your requirements, including size, before placing your order.
In the event a product does not match its description, please contact us with details and photos. The same is true for color, as different monitors display colors according to user settings. Finally, manufacturers may change packaging styles before they update our images. The product is exactly as described, but the packaging may look different. These are not cause for return/credit.
Product prices are always changing, and despite our best efforts, some items on our site may be mispriced by human or technical error. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
