How To Give A Tantric Massage

2 minute read

Tantric massages can be super sensual and erotic, and they don’t necessarily have to end in sex at all. Learn how to give a tantric massage that’ll help you and your partner connect on a deeper level, and hopefully add more steam to the bedroom.

What is a tantric massage?

A tantric massage is all about having a mindful, sensual experience with yourself or a partner. A tantric massage can be erotic and involve touching the genitals and errogenous zones in slow, mindful ways. It is usually done in combination with meditation and breathing practice. While a tantric massage can be erotic and sensual, it does not necessary need to culimate in sex or orgasm. There are different types of tantric massage, such as lingam massage, Intuitive Tantra, and Chakra Tantra massage.

How to give a tantric massage / Tantra massage technique

Here are just a few tips on how to give a tantric massage:

  • Set the mood. Make sure you and your partner are comfortable. Set up pillows, candles, and some gentle lighting and music.
  • Focus on the breath. Tantric massage should be meditative, and slow concentrated breathing is one way to stay present with your partner. Try synchronizing your inhales and exhales with your partner.
  • Use all the senses. You may want to incorporate scented candles or essential oils as you massage your partner.
  • Mindful massage. Touch your partner in a slow, concentrated way. You can stimulate their erotic zones, or focus on massaging other parts of the body. You can try different positions, like sitting cross-legged facing each other, as you mutually massage.

Orgasm control. While tantric massage doesn’t need to end in sex, if it does, you can try controlling the orgasm with edging techniques as you massage your partner’s genitals and errogenous zones. Once they are near orgasm, stop your actions to delay climax. Stop and delay until your partner is ready to cum.

A tantric massage can be a great way to up the ante in the bedroom if you want to deepen a connection with a partner through intentional touch. A tantric massage may not always end in sex, but it can certainly be an erotic experience if you get the techniques right. Consider experimenting with tantric massage to see if it “does it” for you and your partner.
